Past Participle of verbs
close – closed am/is/are - been
clean – cleaned eat - eaten
watch – watched win - won
In negative sentences in the Present Perfect Tense
we add the word ‘not’ to the verb ‘have / has’
I haven’t finished this film. She hasn’t pushed the door.
have not = haven’t
has not = hasn’t
