  2. The first step to getting organized is to define a goal and decide a plan of action on how you are going to get there. 
  3. Create a checklists. It will clearly define your tasks so that you know what needs to be done when. 
  4. Set a deadline and make sure you do what needs to be done daily to get everything done on time.  
  5. Decide on smaller daily or weekly milestones that you need to achieve to get to your goal. 
  6. Get a little help from your tech. Streamline your communication and checklist to one place that you can access and update any time any place. 
  7. Delegate. Make sure that you and your team members are on the same page in terms of what needs to be done by whom and how.
  8. Follow up regularly on the tasks you have delegated to ensure that the work is being done on time and there are no surprise barriers. 
  9. Clean up your checklist and the space around you daily: clutter can be distracting, making it easier to miss important things. 
  10. Overworking and stress lead to decreased productivity and inferior work quality
  11. Learn from your mistakes. Look at what went wrong and creatively find solutions for the future.
