Project Implementation Manager - Power Sector
Reform
Pakistan - $180,000USD + PackageOur client is a leading international consultant who has been appointed
by the ADB to act as advisor to the various parties involved in a Power
Distribution Enhancement Program in Pakistan. The scope of work will
cover four major areas:
(i) technical project design;
(ii) economic and financial evaluations;
(iii) compliance with the Asian Development Bank's (ADB) safeguard
policies; and
(iv) linkage among economic growth, poverty alleviation, and the power
sector.
To lead this project Spinwell Global have been asked to identify suitable
applicants for the Team Leader role. As such we are seeking degree
qualified candidates from the power sector, most likely from an
operational background with either engineering or economics
qualifications who has worked with utilities in regulatory and distribution
sectors. Previous experience in working on similar Aid-funded projects is a
must as is experience of general power distribution business management
including project implementation and management, project finance
management and financial reporting, contracting, procurement; and
inventory management, Social and Environmental plan management; and
relevant on the job training of personnel
