Opportunity: The global demand for green energy and new automation technology will
drive the next capital and project economic cycle. As in the past, projects with new
suppliers will form to serve clients new to complex project management. During the last
project boom, the Business Round Table determined that most projects did not fully
meet end user or supplier expectations. Understanding and controlling the technical,
management and cultural root causes that lead to project success or failure will
determine the next generation of successful supplier and end-user organizations.

Offer: Our practice has extensive experience with anticipating and controlling the root
causes of project risk. We have managed, audited and consulted on over 50 complex
projects including software, new technology start-ups and large capital energy and
process plants for commercial and government organizations including setting up project
risk policies and reviews for a billion dollar company. The most important factor leading
to successful projects is early ALIGNMENT between all project participants. Our project
risk workshop brings key participants into alignment guaranteeing a successful outcome
for all.

Methodology: As shown in the example below, we facilitate project risk workshops or
reviews for end user teams and for end user-contractor participants. The workshops
cover best practices and uniquely provide examples of real projects that dealt with these
