Introduccion
La teoría humanista y la teoría de tipo
y rasgos son dos importantes teorías
de la personalidad que se han
desarrollado en la psicología. Ambas
teorías brindan una visión única sobre
la naturaleza humana y la variedad
de la conducta y los
comportamientos humanos.
Esta teoría se refiere a la manera de
pensar del ser humano pero tomando en
cuenta solo su propia idea y pensando
solo en sí mismo, se enfatiza en la teoría
humanista es la experiencia, la libertad de
elección y el significado individual
La psicología humanista es
un enfoque de la
psicología que se centra
en el estudio de una
persona a nivel global,
valora sus pensamientos,
emociones,
comportamientos o
contexto vital para ofrecer
soluciones y tratamientos a
sus problemas.
Tanto la fenomenología como el existencialismo ponen el énfasis en la
consciencia y la capacidad del hombre para decidir, en todo momento,
qué hacer, movido en última instancia por su intencionalidad y no por su
biología o entorno
