expandable, and re-arrangeable Widgets interface.
But as I tested widgets ahead of Windows 11's formal release, I discovered that they were
extremely rigid: there aren't many of them yet, I can't customize a lot of what they display to me,
and as of the time I was writing this review, I couldn't even expand the widgets window.
With Windows 11, Microsoft altered the way widgets operate by adding a pane that extends out
from the left.By launching the Widgets menu, widgets can be shifted around and modified, but
there are only 9 accessible.
Six titles from significant media sources are listed in the Top Stories section, each with a 3-dot
selection.By clicking the "X" button in the corner, viewers have the choice of viewing more or

Game lovers will be interested in two new Windows 11 features:
Auto HDR and Direct Storage. Simply put, the former can greatly improve the illumination in
games, while the latter can hasten game loading. Both, however, need particular technology to
function.
Auto HDR uses machine learning to replicate high dynamic range lighting in Direct X 11/12
games, resulting in improved lighting.
Auto HDR is a great feature in Windows 11, but requires a high-quality monitor capable of
displaying HDR content.
Direct Storage reduces loading times by piping game data directly to the graphics card, but
requires an NVMe SSD and DirectX12 Ultimate.
As long as your computer isn't too old, you should see faster game load speeds on Windows 11.
Fortunately, those two components are fairly prevalent in new PCs these days. Anecdotally, I
observed that Windows 11 loaded titles like Forza Horizon 4, Control, and The Elder Scrolls III:
Morro wind fairly quickly.

Windows 11 review: Native Android apps
Installing genuine Android applications on Windows 11 is now possible.
One of Windows 11's most intriguing features, which eliminated the need for third-party
software, was the capability to install and operate Android apps directly. Additionally, even
though the functionality wasn't made accessible when the OS was first released, if you live in the
US, you can now directly run Android applications on your PC.
Microsoft and Amazon have partnered to enable Android apps on Windows 11, but the selection
