Summarize the key attributes of high performing teams e.g. trust, collaboration etc
How did that feel? How many names did you remember? Did you surprise yourself with how much you could remember? What did you learn about your team member? How have you been/or introduced a new team member?
Using a ball, team members can randomly throw the ball to the team member who goes next. This adds complexity of also remembering the order and also who has had a turn and who hasn’t. This approach also creates more effective listening since you don’t know when your turn will be!!
How did it feel responding with questions only? What made it difficult? What made it difficult? How did the restriction of no why questions change things? How do you feel when your asked a why question? How many times did you catch yourself asking why questions in the second round?
How can asking questions help build a high performing team?
How did it feel dropping the ball and celebrating? How did introduction of green ball change things? Did any balls drop with red and green balls in play? How did baby change things?
How difficult was listening with red, green, and baby in play?
How did it feel? How was failure accepted? How much fun was it? How hard was it to listen to the number being called out during the singing?
