Delete any non zero digit

Tell me the figure as 58 or even 85

Add the digits
5 + 7 + 3 = 15
Subtract the addition from origional
573 - 15 = 558

Add the digits
5 + 6 + 7 + 9 = 27
Subtract the addition from origional
5679 - 27 = 5652
Delete any number balance
