  4. Change Focus – Look for the Positive

Here are seven ways to look for Positive: Start the day with positive affirmation. ... Focus on the good things, however small. ... Find humor in bad situations. ... Turn failures into lessons. ... Transform negative self-talk into positive self-talk. ... Focus on the present. ... Find positive friends, mentors and co-workers.
  6. Make a habit of doing it now !!
  7. Cultivate the habit of “Doing It Now” Stay away from “Present-Biased preferences” where tomorrow always seems easier than today. “Procrastination” is a disease, which makes us believe tomorrow this work will be more easier. Its “Now or Never”. We all live one day at a time, hence live for today and do it now. Tomorrow has its own plans. Procrastination is driven by fear, complacency, a weak vision, & wrongful thoughts – all things that Winners don’t do. Just Start! The only way to know is to ACT.
  8. Develop an attitude of Gratitude
  9. Lewis Howes Says “ Life is better as you develop an attitude of Gratitude” “If you concentrate on what you have, you’ll always have more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you’ll never have enough”
  10. Here is a menu of tactics (just pick a few!) Lewis Howes endorses to help develop this mindset: Wake up every day and express to yourself what you are grateful for. Tell whoever you are with at the end of the day the 3 things you are most grateful for. Tell whoever you are with right now the 3 things that you are most grateful for in this moment. Start a gratitude journal - Express gratitude in this journal every night by noting the things that you are grateful for, proud of, and excited about. Acknowledge yourself for what you have done and accomplished in the last day/week/month/year. Instead of comparing yourself to others, give yourself credit for the big and small things you have been doing! Acknowledge other people and thank them for inspiring/helping/supporting you - oftentimes people wait their whole lives to be acknowledged (and yet it happens far too infrequently)!
  11. Get into a Continuous Education Program
  12. Knowledge & achievement comes from the accumulation of hard work & practice. Knowing that our best growth happens in times of struggle is the basis of having a student or growth mindset. We are born with an innate desire to learn new concepts, not just the ones expected of human development, but those that bring us happiness, satiate our curiosity and even those which have no measurable benefit at all. But somewhere long the way, we stop learning more than is required for us.

  14. Increase your feelings of Self Worth: 1. Be mindful, stop negative self-talk. “Don’t believe everything you think. Thoughts are just that – THOUGHTS” -Allan Lokos 2. Change the story – stay away from negative feedbacks about your self. Know your worth and unlearn the criticizing words someone said about you. Positive affirmations can help you in knowing your worth. 3. Avoid falling into the compare-and-despair rabbit hole. Comparisons only lead to negative self talk, which leads to anxiety & stress. 4. Channel your inner rock star “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid” – Albert Einstein. 5. Exercise – it Organizes your day & self care. “ Exercising creates empowerment both physical & mental”

Remember that you are not your circumstances “Recognizing inner worth, and loving one’s imperfect self, provide the secure foundation for growth, failures doesn’t change the core worth” - Glenn R Schiraldi.
  16. Stay away from Negative influences
  17. Influence of those around us is extremely powerful. Your choice should be to surround yourself with people who inspire rather than people who are in despair. Surround yourself with Like-valued people. Stop Negative talks and comments on any social platforms – seriously no one gives a damn about what you think on a social media. Initiate relationships with people who are further ahead in personal & professional development than you are. Stay away from Toxic friends & self-criticism. Do not stress yourself to be perfect at everything you do – sometimes letting things go is good for you.
  18. Learn to Like things that need to be done
  19. You don’t like some things that demands hard work or more concentration. You don’t like to Organize your shelf by yourself in the absence of your maid. You don’t want to wash your car in the Absence of a help. You don’t want to exercise because it seems much difficult to spend 30 minutes of physical activity whereas you love spending 3 hours on a Movie. Relax!! If you want to be unique you have to change. You must learn to adapt to circumstances and love doing what has to be done. Life is not full of roses everyday, sometimes thorns prick you.
  20. Start your day with something positive
  21. If you start your day with stress, negative emotions and social media influence, then your day seems long, boring and exhausting. No matter whatever is the situation, start your day with a smile, thank God for another beautiful day, appreciate what you have, exercise and meditate, have good food and kick start your day with lots n lots of enthusiasm. “Yesterday is gone, Tomorrow is unknown, Today is your Day, Live it to the fullest”
