2. Exploitation
Definition- To use, or utilization. Especially for profit. Selfish
utilization especially for profit. The combined, often varied, use of,
public-relations and advertising techniques to promote a person, movie,
product, etc.
Human Exploitation definition- It is the exploitation of humans in
order to force them to engage in sex, forced labor, or other activities
against their will. While relying on force, coercion, deception, and
degrades humans depriving them of their freedom. Also, while
economically and materially benefitting others, another.

Human exploitation referred to in this article, shall mean, forced labor
(servitude), sexual exploitation, slavery and practices similar to slavery
and the resulting dependence, transplantation of human organs and
tissues, conduct of illicit biomedical researches on the person, use of a
woman as surrogate mother, engaging a person in unlawful, including
criminal activities.

4. Identity Theft
Defining/Explaining Identity Theft- Identity theft is a form of
theft when a person assumes the identity of another individual.
Often this is done to gain access to personal information, or
some type of benefits from use of the victim’s name.

6. Explaining The 5 Types Of Identity Theft
Financial Identity Theft- Is the most common. Financial
Identity theft is when a person gains financial access to another
individual’s by assuming his/her identity.
Criminal Identity Theft- When a criminal fraudulently
identifies himself to police, etc. as another individual at the
point of arrest or when cited for a crime. Using your name,
date of birth, Social Security number, or other types of
sensitive information. Can occur as a cybercrime, by an
employee, online scams, phishing, credit card fraud, gift card
scams.

7. Identity Cloning- (And Concealment) A person who seeks out
names of the deceased, or young people. When a person wants to
take on another person’s identity to conceal his/her true identity.
Lastly, also the act of an imposter assuming your life in a different
location. For example, a person may pay bills as you, get married
as you, start a family as you, and/or actually living and working as
you.
Medical Identity Theft- Is defined as the act of taking another
person’s identity to access medical goods and services causing
incorrect information to end up on your medical record. By using a
driver’s license, health insurance card, using fake prescriptions and
ID cards to get prescription drugs.

8. Child Identity Theft- When an individual steals, using the
personal information of a child such as a Social Security
number. Use of child’s information to open a bank account,
credit cards in a child’s name, use of information to secure a
mortgage, for a job, government and health benefits.

9. Human Trafficking
Explaining Human Trafficking- This involves the use of force,
fraud, deception, or coercion to obtain some type of labor
and/or sex act, exploitation. Using violence, manipulation,
false promises, or relationships to lure a person in to this
situation. Can include Sex Trafficking and Labor Trafficking.

10. Explaining Sex Trafficking
This involves the recruitment, transportation, harboring,
obtaining, patronizing, or solicitation of a person for the
purpose of a commercial sex act. Acts by force, fraud,
deception, coercion (and applies to a person under 18 years of
age).

11. Explaining Labor Trafficking
Consists of the act of recruitment, transportation, harboring,
provision, obtaining of a person for labor of services, through
use of force, coercion, deception, fraud for the purpose of
involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, and/or slavery.

13. It is my hope the information
in my workshop was helpful to you, and/or your family. I create workshops with the
intention of providing a service, information that may be helpful to you, and/or your
family based on my experience. My workshops are based on life experience- (“been
there, done that”- protect your self, and your family). We live in a time where every
one has a “real” need. It could be just taking care of basic needs for your self, and/or
for your family. At the same time of having to meet these basic needs it is important to
remember “your own” ignorance, greed, foolishness, covetousness, selfishness, etc.
should not be cause and/or reason for a family, man, woman, and/or child to miss
and/or lose a blessing they worked for, and earned. I do not think any one wants to
lose a blessing that was “earned, and/or they worked hard for” due to another persons
ignorance, greed, covetousness, or foolishness. Not in this day, period of time-
No one is perfect, but with every action, or choice there is an effect. The end result-
