Martin Zuch came from a financial background and now runs Beesweet, a company producing and selling honey and it's by-products in Zambia. He talked us through the opportunities, challenges and lessons learned from his experiences there.

Bee Sweet is one of many businesses started over the last 6 years, including a banana plantation, Tilapia fish project. Main objective has always been to create wealth for local communities. Built school in 2006, was 60 kids, now 400. 2010 expanded to Ethiopia where started coffee export company.
