Sheriff’s Office for Felony Murder, Conspiracy
to Commit Aggravated Robbery and
Attempted Aggravated Robbery.

4. Allegations
On June 1, 2012, Thomas was involved in a
robbery of two victims at 335 Leaf Way in
Newport, TN.
 He ensued in a struggle with the residents
inside.
 One victim sustained a head injury and was
treated at the hospital. A second victim died
at the scene after sustaining injuries in the
struggle.

