• 1999: Travel Service International is founded
• 1999: Launched a travel platform with distribution and reservation
system for holiday houses
• 2001: Developed a lastminute databank for package holidays
• 2004: the launch of a Travel CRS with full content of over all major
Dutch touroperators
• 2004 Introduced new trade name : TSi Solutions
• 2007: aquired Xentaur websolutions
• 2007: aquired full ownership of Objective travel content provider
“Toeristiek” from Reed Business
• 2007: aquired full ownership of travel content provider Web@Work
from Thomas Cook Netherlands
• Currently specialized in a variety of sophisticated tailor-made solutions
and products for the travel industry
• More than 120 staff in 4 locations: Purmerend, Enschede, Groningen
and Poland
• Solid investment partners among which Innofund Twente and major
capital investors
