3. Project Overview
Seizure Management System is an Enterprise Application that will
provide Pakistan Customs a smooth path to carry out their routine
operations. The application will provide an easy and systematic path
from the point of raid till the disposal of it.
Application will provide following advantages to the employees of Pakistan Custom :
• Well-structured computerized records for all the cases.
• Quick easy ways to search any case through its case ID.
• Quick response in form of approval/rejection of the cases by the Assistant
Collector.
• Every user associated to a particular case will be equally updated about the case
status through its portal.
• Warehouse data will structurally organize.
• Tracking a case will become easier.
• Electronic record of First Information Report (FIR).
• Work load on each investigation officer could be viewed.

4. Assigned Tasks Details
All the given below functionality were designed and developed with the
helpful attitude of the development team of LBS.
Administrator Panel : Admin will be responsible
• for creating new users
• assigning them their appropriate offices , sub offices and
designations
• adding offices , sub offices and warehouses of Pakistan Customs in
the application
• Manage offices , sub offices , warehouses and users
• activating and deactivating the above users so only activated users
can login into their prescribed dashboards
• Update and delete the data of the all the above entities

Every step here had a lesson or learning opportunity for me and to wrap up all
these things in one slide is a tough task , so just highlighting the major ones.

• How to handle pressure and work on tight timelines

needed and how to ask for assistance when I need it
