Transition FSR Supervisors and FSRs into certifying authorities
under MRO / Transport Canada enabling in-situ Maintenance
Release of landing gear repairs and modifications offsite.
Leverage Continuous improvement (CI) tools to monitor,
measure and evolve Field Operations’ performance
Develop and maintain a Risk Assessment Matrix ensuring the
well-being and safety of the team as they face global missions in
foreign locales
Deliver customer satisfaction through technical leadership and
seasoned soft skills
Lead a growing team of Field Service Supervisors available
24/7/365 for deployment of their respective Field Service
Representatives
Develop and nurture customer relationships and use their
feedback to introduce process improvements

Recent Accomplishments
1, Developed 2 A380 landing gear repair facilities, Dubai and Singapore,
involving floor layouts, procurement of all consumables, assembly / test
fixtures, hand tools, overhead crane selections, trans ocean shipping
logistics. Facilities completed and FAA / EASA / CAAS certified in 2014.
Developed B777 Landing gear overhaul capabilities at our Dubai
campus in 2015, This is a JV with Revima. UTC and Revima split the
work. UTC looks after bush hone and overhaul of titanium parts including
truck beams, Torque links and all hydraulic and electrical. I hired and
trained the workforce hands on including hydraulics, lathe operations,
pre-sizing bushings, reaming, honing etc.
2, Develop ground support equipment {GSE} for Bombardier CRJ – Q-
400 series and Airbus A380, Procure 560 tools each for Singapore,
Dubai, Atlanta and London holding centers.
3, Recruit 25 field service representatives and engineers residing in
Cleveland, Chicago, Los Angeles, Tucson, Savannah, Toronto, Montreal
,London, Toulouse, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Singapore,
4, Develop global shipping logistics for GSE {Ground Support
Equipment}
5, Successfully developed specialized tooling to support 4 major retrofit
campaigns towards CRJ 700 / 900 Piston axle radius, MLG Gland thread
corrosion, Steering shimmy bushing retrofits. Q400 steering system, field
reaming and bush task.
6, Initiate training of 170 regional airline mechanics to work on behalf of
UTC field services performing FAA AD 2011-23-09 axle radius metal
processing - Nital etch, Brush Cadmium, Roto-peen. Involving annual re-
certifications ensuring compliance within the UTAS quality system
subject to regulatory audit.
