I create clinical programs striving for clinical excellence, improve patient outcomes while supporting both operations and sales efforts. I trend industry needs, evaluating our current programs and education to identify improvements or additions that would bring value to our customers and patients. The programs incorporate INS, APIC, ABQAURP, evidence-based practice, standards of care, as well as Federal, State and Accediting Bodies laws and/or regulations. The creative ideas, resources and tools developed for operations, sales and our patients requiring biologic, heart failure and parenteral nutrition therapy streamline processes and improve the patient experience.
