SERVICES Revit for Construction KIKLOP uses Building Design Suite to explore the best way to construct a building as it was being designed, such as most efficient and more precise way of prefabrication, that add speed and reduce waste that are essential to achieving the precise coordination that makes efficient project delivery a reality. BIM model can survive the construction project and live on as a facilities management tool. It can not only be used as a more accurate and detailed as-built document, but also all the operations and maintenance documents have been layered into the project. The model will serve as a kind of owner’s manual for the new facility. KIKLOP uses Revit to explore the model for constructability within the same application. BIM can speed up and smoothen the construction progress, to help coordinate the project, reduce waste, and collaborate with the design team. SERVICES TEST & COMMISSIONING The term “Whole Building Commissioning” (WBCx) describes an expanded scope of commissioning services which includes architectural, structural, mechanical, process, electrical systems, fixtures and equipment. Essentially, the WBCx scope covers validation for “anything the Owner wants” for his project. KIKLOP engineers and specialists provide services sticking to the AIA, NHS, HBN, HTM, BS and US standards considering the design intent and client functional requirements. We are committed to providing the highest services directly to owners to ensure that they receive properly commissioned and energy efficient environmental/HVAC systems. KIKLOP is an Independent Commissioning Agency. We work directly for the building owner or property manager to be independent of project designers, contractors and equipment vendors, thus we can offer third party impartial results to obtain high performance buildings against their investment. Commissioning Verification The verification role is vital for design and builds projects where it is necessary for Clients to have a 3rd Party specialist involved throughout the commissioning & handover of systems/projects to ensure conformity with local and international standards. Site Supervision KIKLOP engineers and technicians are specialized on site supervision activities which include quality control.
