2. Roles and Responsibilities
Scheduled soft service inspection and audit in Facility, Community and Residential area in
a University premises
Reporting to the concerned authority and Help desk regarding the issues and follow up to
ensure the rectification.
Routine scheduled audit inspection updating through CMO software
Co-ordinating to the Soft Service team of Service Provider in regular basis to the operation
service.
Concentrating and highlighting to other sections such as Maintenance, Horticulture, Pest
Control and HSE issues to the authority.
Responsible of Total Quality Management for floors, public areas, Interiors decorations of
Residential, facilities and Community.
Preparing daily progress reports, audit and inspection reports. Review and follow up of
Helpdesk reports etc.
Special co-ordination for Soft service activities during special occasions.
Preparing tentative work schedules, Duty roaster, monthly over time & Allocation of Daily
Assigned and knowledge about all cleaning activities.
Commitment to tasks with prompt decision & problem solving solutions.
Periodic follow ups with the team members to ensure tasks are completed correctly and in
a timely manner.
Inter personal ability to communicate with different levels of employees.
