Tiffany Delit has over 15 years of experience producing, coordinating, negotiating, planning, marketing, directing and promoting more than 30 large scale events, fundraisers, meetings and grand openings. She has negotiated and secured venues for various organizations, including conferences, galas, and fundraisers. Tiffany aims to create a "wow factor" for any budget or event through out-of-the-box thinking and securing celebrities, speakers, and amenities to engage sponsors and customers. For over 15 years, I produced, coordinated, negotiated, planned, marketed, directed and
promoted more than 30 events, large scale fundraisers, meetings and grand openings.
Therefore, I am well aware of how many "hats", the professionalism and the magnitude a
Director must exercise.
Perhaps most importantly, I offer a history of proven results, as evidenced by the following

Some Venue/Facilities Negotiated, Secured & Directed:
 Women’s Prosperity Network (WPN), FL: Corporate 7th Annual WPN Conference;
Created a theme to go along with Conference Tag Line, designed Main Ballroom themed
décor, chose stage lighting colors/drapery and set design; Carved themed art located
throughout venue; secured IKEA to design and donate a ZEN ROOM for relaxation;
secured themed speaker and her team to demonstrate their mission.
 Bat Mitzvah/Baby Showers/Retirement/Teen and Childs Parties: Created and designed
all facets of these events. Secure décor, favors, entertainment and catering; developed
timeline and structured program of activities.
 Executive Center, FLL: APDC national conference venues; all meeting rooms, hallway
and reception area of Office Building for German, Belize, Mexico technology delegation
meetings and receptions; scheduled hotels, flights, and designed receptions; Negotiated
facility contracts and prepared meeting schedules.
 Intenational Meetings, APDC: Belize, Mexico and Hawaii meeting delegations;
negotiated Hotel Venue and Reception Dinner rates, organized meeting agenda and
conferences.
 Rythmic Art Gymnastics Grand Opening, Dania, FL: Gymnastic school venue, wrote
Speech, contracted Miami Dolphin Cheerleaders and Panther Ice Dancers signing, light
show, designed all decorations, entertainment, red carpet entrance and ribbon cutting.
 GalleryOne DoubleTree FL: ACIM Fundraiser, took over Bar, meeting rooms and entire
outside back patio for over 400 guests, 15 restaurants, 4 celebrities, 2 speakers, press and
over 20 sponsors;
 Riverside Hotel, Las Olas Blvd. Ft. Laud: ACIM Fundraiser; entire 8th floor including
balcony for wine & food fundraiser w/ 450 pp guest/ 15 restaurants, auction,
entertainment in every room, secured Celebrity Hosts for last 3 events;
 Hyatt Regency, FLL: Diplomats Gala honored over 300 business professionals and
diplomats from 14 countries; Grand Ballroom and meeting room for Silent Auction set
up, contracted and ran,
 Dania Beach Boat Club: ACIM Fundraiser , for 150 fisherman, Captain’s party, celebrity
appearance, lead fisherman personality;
 ArtServe, FLL: Meeting room and Gallery to introduce a new ACIM rescuing video to
the Law Enforcement community and sponsors.
 Cinema Paradiso, FL, Theater and patio to introduce a new ACIM rescuing video to the
Law Enforcement community and sponsors. Included reception.

 FLL Convention Center: OAS Closing Reception on balcony of Conv. Ctr, hosting
American Ambassadors, FL/US Government and US President,500 plus guests and
political guest speakers;
 FLL Convention Center: Was asked by SCI Head Quarters to design a booth and
represent the International organization and the City Of Fort Lauderdale at the OAS
Convention. Complete Booth Marketing design, photos and promotional materials.
 Sister Cities International Annual Conference, Spokane, WA: Represented The City of
Fort Lauderdale and FLSCI Chapter at National Conference. Design all Booth materials
and promotional display.
 Broward College, Davie, FL: 2000 Graduation Class reception. Secured all donated Food
and beverages; organized flow of reception design and volunteer help.
Community Outreach/Membership Development: formed new relationships by networking
with in the community attending many weekly events and fundraisers in support of “getting
the word out” for the organization; meeting with prospective clients/members/families for new
and existing membership; contacted vendors and developers to negotiate contracts and pricing.
Led ticket sales/marketing campaigns: comprised of Membership, branding, web presence, PR
initiatives with most local press, radio and social media outlets, as well as, trade show
Marketing. Main focus was to brand these organizations/company’s mission, outreach and
cultural initiatives nationally and internationally to gain ticket sales and donations.
Event Facility Director: negotiate all contracts that are involved in the set up and plan for large
scale events and meetings. Handled onsite logistics for large scale events including registration,
fees, site setup, displays and raffles.
Speakers/Celebrities:secured Miss Florida USA system pageant winners, speakers and other
celebrities as hosts at all events. My goal was to attract a celebrity personality who had the same
mission or theme as the fundraiser. This aspect engaged more sponsor/customer/client
participation, which raised ticket sales and hence, the bottom line.
Staff Management: managing office staff and over 50 volunteers;
I believe that in order to produce a memorable occasion and primarily repeat business, the
Meeting Director/Manager must ask questions to generate “same page” feeling with
prospective clients. It is my goal to create a “Wow Factor” for any budget and for any
event/meeting. Asking questions stimulates these, “Wow Factor” ideas. My energy is boundless
and I'm a motivated, hard-working, out of the box thinker, who can brand and market with the
best of them.
