4. BOGOMOLETS NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
➤ The university joined to the association of signatories of the Great Charter of
leading universities in the world (Magna Charta Universitatum), c. Bologna, Italy;
➤ The unique monographic scientific editions, edited by Rector of University, Vice-
president of NAMS of Ukraine, academician of NAMS of Ukraine, Professor V.F.
Moskalenko, were prepared and published in honour of 170th anniversary of O.O.
Bogomolets National Medical University for the first time. The books were
published thanks to the charitable contributions from many employees of the
University

“Development of students’ scientific research work”, “Work guidance among
youth”, “Innovative studies in higher education”, “Innovative studies in

7. HOW TO APPLY
1. Application Form (sample will be provided by the agency);
2. Motivation letter (which contains the reason for choosing the University);
3. A copy of the passport with the translation into Ukrainian;
4. A copy of the previous higher education translated into Ukrainian or Russian
language (if the document is in English translation is NOT needed);
5. A copy of the evaluation sheet from high school and previous education places
translated into Ukrainian or Russian (if the document is in English translation is NOT
needed);
6. A written agreement of data processing (sample will be provided by the agency).
8. HOW TO APPLY
1) Original document about the secondary education and evaluation of academic
disciplines, resulting in an educational institution according to the legislation of the
country that issued the document;
2) Medical certificate on the health status (086-U) that is issued no later than 2 months
before arriving to Ukraine;
3) Documents of the absence of HIV, malaria, hepatitis C, B, RW-skin and venereal
diseases;
4)10 photographs in the size 3x4 cm;
5) Copy of the return ticket with an open date of return home for up to 1 year;
6) Copy of the passport (main page + visa);
7) Translation of all of the original documents to Russian or Ukrainian, certified by a state
notary.
