employees at head office and different branches with roles listed below
Recruitment
 Coordination with other departments and understanding their requirements, defining job
positions.
 Resourcing, screening and short listing (based on skills & experience) resumes through
job portals or reference,.
 Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental head.
 Preparing offer letter, employment job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and
documentation.
Training & Development
 Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and training
programs.
 Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.
HR Administration:
 Preparing Final settlements, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits
 Tracking, compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
 Processing monthly attendance muster for workers, trainees & officers.

 Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across
the organization at all levels.
 Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
 Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter,
increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, promotion letter
experience/service certificate, reliving letter, etc.
 Handling Statutory like withdrawal and addition of Provident fund, Insurance, Labour
welfare fund, Professional tax and institution tax, Employee State Insurance.
Employee Engagement
 Developing employee engagement programs like Initiated and administered a welcome-
mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday mailers and celebration policy.
Conducting celebrations like Christmas, national festivals etc
Performance Management /Appraisal
 Planning and timely completion of annually performance reviews.
 Preparing Confirmations / Promotions/ Increments.
 Distributing and documentation of annual appraisal letters in personal files of
employees.
 Data analysis by appraisal forms and preparing performance MIS reports.
 Data preparation is done for Top Management.
Payroll Processing:
 Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like Collection on attendance, leaves, new hires,
employee information changes, Loans, Advances, Loss of Pay and Reimbursements etc.
as per Pay Roll Format.
 Salary statement generation and coordinating with accounts department for disbursing
the salary and Employee Pay slips generation & Distribution.
 Handling Payroll Grievances’ if any.
 Internship and Organisation study as HR Trainee at InterfaceFLOR India Pvt Ltd,
Bangalore during May-July 2012
