 Who is Tjobs?

         Tjobs (via TjobsRecruit and currently Tjobs.ro) is a hybrid online/bricks-and-mortar business
 that for the first time combines the efficiency of a modern online recruitment portal with a fast
 growing proprietary network of currently over 500 recruitment agencies.


 What makes us so special?

        The combination between our online platform and the network of 500 partner agencies makes
 our staffing solutions ensure more experienced and better suited personnel faster, more
 flexible and more affordable than any comparable service on the market.


 Our target customers

        TjobsRecruit provides its complete cross border personnel leasing and recruitment solutions
 mainly for small and medium sized companies from the industrial and construction sector from
 Western European countries.
        Of course we have experience in other economical sectors as well, but our main market
 remains in several areas of industry and construction you’ll get the chance to read more about
 throughout this material.


 Our Story…

         ... begins in 2009, with the launching of Tjobs.ro – the 1st Romanian portal dedicated
 exclusively to cross border recruitment agencies. It provided them with useful workflow tools and
 marketplace functionalities, while candidates find a constant stream of up-to-date high quality job
 offers.
         This innovative business model quickly transformed Tjobs.ro into the no 1 resource in Romania
 in terms of opportunities to work abroad and valuable information on the topic.
         Angel investment raised in late 2010 from world class investors. Their support allowed an
 accelerated development of our unique recruitment system internationally.
         Thus, TjobsRecruit was launched in 2011 as a provider of end to end solutions for per-
 sonnel leasing and recruitment for enterprise customers. First international office was open in
 France, the second in UK and several more international offices are about to follow in other EU
 Countries.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
 Our unique combination of a strong online recruitment platform combined with the recruitment power
 of our 500 partner agencies helps us deliver better suited personnel, at faster speed and better cost
 than any other competitor. Here's how the personnel leasing process work:
