Free of charge and open to the public. No registration.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION:
Panel representatives & screeners will have a table with 2 chairs (except 4 for blood pressure)
Please bring your own logo tablecloths.
Speakers please have company representatives to man their booth.
No vendor entry fee.
Set up is for 2:00 pm. Please do not break down your booth until 3:30 pm.
Food: only individually wrapped candies or food purchased Karen Vinet @ the Cup & Saucer
Café located inside of the main entrance of the library. Karen can be reached at 455-5556.
Pre-schedule any electrical outlets with me if needed for your booth
The library prohibits selling of items during this event.
The entrance to the forum is located on the right side of the library.
Booth prizes – each of you may offer a booth prize and distribute the tickets or forms to fill out
for follow up calls.
The forum is free and open to the public. No registration required.
I have reserved a wireless mic for the speakers.
