WITJ was founded in 2013 with the vision to bring more women into technology fields and develop next generation women leaders in Japan. WITJ aims to connect, inspire, and empower women in technology through volunteer activities and events. Upcoming events include seminars, monthly meetups, and participation in the OECD Forum in June to discuss mentoring women and how to build rewarding careers in Japan's technology industry. WITJ utilizes social media platforms to engage its community and discuss topics like how women can develop professionally.

2. WHAT IS WITJ?
• WITJ was founded in 2013 with the vision to bring more women into
the technology field, and grow next generation technology leaders to
be the forefront of innovation.
• WITJ founders are passionate about changing the status quo so that
women can realize their full potential in life to make a positive impact
upon the world, with a focus in Japan.
• WITJ is a volunteer organization providing an eco-system to connect,
inspire, empower and sponsor Women in Technology

• WITJは、IT業界で働く女性を増やし、次世代のリーダーを育て、イノベーションの最先端
で活躍できる機会を増やすことを目的として、2013年に設立されました。
• WITJの活動は日本に拠点をおいていますが、現状に変化を起こし、女性たちが人生にお
ける自分の可能性に気づいてそれを最大限に活かし、プラスの影響を世界中へもたらすこ
とができると私たちは信じています。
• WITJはボランティア団体として、テクノロジー業界で働く女性同士がつながり、刺激を与え
合い、勇気づけ合い、影響し合うエコシステムとしての役割を果たします。
