0:00 – 0:30–Close up of red switch
this then gets pushed up this then
makes the music start playing.
Extreme wide shot of Strangeways
prison- Manchester for 5 seconds,
fade to close up ( music starts) of
lead singer laying on cell bed,
singing the introduction to the
song.Flicks to a shot of a prison
guard throwing the rest of the band
into different cells.
Lying on my cell bed thinking
what my father said lying on my
cell bed thoughts going through
my head. What if there’s no way
out now, what if my life’s
mapped out now, what if they
know where I’ve what if they
know all my sins, I can’t wait.
Music starts at 5 seconds after
wide shot with no interruption.
For the first 5 seconds on the
wide shot of the prison there
will be a wind effect heard.
Lead singer lay on bed singing
the introduction in a prison

0:30 – 1:00 – After lead singer
finishes introduction cut to mid
shot of him with a bass and mic in
a dark cell singing the 1st verse
and cut to other members of band
playing their individual
instruments in individual cells.
I’m gonna put the knife in, I
can’t wait, I’m gonna put the
knife in a Holiday to that
strangeways hotel. Some people
call it hell imgonna take it one
step higher, I’m gonna set the
place on fire.
Uninterrupted music

1:00 – 1:30 – Cut to bird’s eye
view shot of the cell in black and
white like a security camera and
the lead singer then sets the cell
on fire and then carry’s on
singing. Then it changes to a close
up of the fire.
You were always telling me that
me and you were just a fling,
Well it’s all in the name, you
dealt me those cards the ones
I’ve had from the start.
Ignition of fire sound effects
and crackling of fire
Music plays uninterrupted
Lead man sets cell on fire
because in the lyrics it says
‘imgonna set the place on fire’

1:30 – 2:00 - Cut to each member
of band at midshot as their cells
ignite and they carry on playing
for the whole 30 seconds. The
camera cuts to each member at 5
seconds intervals.Zooms in on their
instruments with the fire behind it
this then would be a close up of
the instruments.
I know man
2:00 – 2:30 - Wide shot of
corridor cell doors fling open with
flames spewing out each member
walks out they are followed by a
camera on a tracking system.
Instrumental
I know man
Fire crackling sound effects
Music Throughout
Each members cell sets on fire
and they carry on performing
Sound effects of fire crackling
and metal doors hitting the wall
Music uninterrupted
All 4 members door flings open
and walk down the prison
corridor.

2:30 – 3:00 –All 4 members walk
down the corridor with mid-shot
with a track going backwards and
then cut to close up of lead singer
still walking. The singer then
walks out of the prison sell and
goes into another room. This room
will be trashed like a mental
perosns room. The prison guard
opens the door to the room with a
switch.
Instrumental
Fire crackling
Music uninterrupted
They walk down the corridor and
escape from the prison.

3:00 – 3:30–Very wide shot of
prison in flames for 30 seconds
with instrumental playing. All 4
members are seen in the back ground
running away with their instruments
in hand.Same shot as the starting
one however it gets pushed down
this makes the music stop. The
music is fading out.

Prison carries on burning and
Band escapes
