SMG-H Series High Shear Mixer Granulator w/Conic Mill
Usage：
SMG‐H Series high shear mixer granulator is used in pharmaceutical
solid dosage area for mixing and granulation application. It’s the major
processing equipment in solid dosage production line. The equipment
is PLC automation controlled and well satisfies the current SMG‐H P
and Pharmacy Code regulation.
Features：

Working Principle：
The raw material is loaded into the container via self
vent vacuum sys(in case this option selected), or other loading
sys as requested; and mechanically fluidized inside the
container under the impeller force, which realizes the perfect
mixing performance. Loading the binder into the container and starts
the chopper; The material coheres together by the binder which forms
the binder bridge for form the core granules. Under the mechanical
energy conversion, the qualified granule grows up and formed.

Principle:
This equipment is composed of main machine (Processor), air handling
unit (AHU), heating and control systems. When operating, charge the
materials into the FBD Bowl, set the procedure and parameters according
to process requirements and then, start the processor. The inlet air is
filtered by the air handling unit (AHU) and heated by the heating system,
and then the processed air enters the processor to blow up materials into
fluidization condition. Materials are apace dried and moisture rapidly
vaporized. When the operation has been finished according to the set
procedure and parameters; move out the FBD Bowl to lock with NTF
Series FBD/FBG Bowl Post hoist for lifting and discharging the produced
granules. During the whole process, powder dust and cross pollution are
effectively controlled.
Features:
This equipment is successfully designed on the basis of a wide research,
absorption and digestion of foreign advanced models. It has a reasonable
structure with stable performances and easy operation; the whole
machine has no dead angle or protruded screws. PLC is designed to ensure
a fully automatic control. All the operations are automatically finished

FBG Series Fluid-Bed Granulator with Top Spray system
Features:
Fluid Bed Dryer offer the outstanding advantages of efficiency and product uniformity
achieved with fluid bed dryers. The process uses high‐pressure air to atomize a liquid
binder solution creating binder droplets in a fluidized particle bed creating liquid
bridges between the discrete particles and increasing granule size. The advantage of
this process is two unit operations (drying and granulating) are accomplished in a
single processing step. Granules produced by this method are highly porous and quick
solvable, which is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff industries

Fluid Bed Dryers are commonly used for process applications, which require excellent

Usage：
NTF series Pharma Lifter is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry for shifting,
transferring the operated granules out from the bowl of fluid‐bed granulator or dryer
and charge for the next processing equipment. It can be used along with such main
processing equipments as flued‐bed granulator of dryer and shift materials to the
next processing equipment. Meanwhile, it can be widely used in such areas as raw
medicine material industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, etc.
Principle：
NTF series Pharma Lifter consists of fixed chassis, post, hydraulic system, turnover
structure, horizontal gyration structure and skid appliance, etc. It's especially
equipped with cone adapter with sealing set and butterfly valve for the bowl of FBG.
To start to work, cover and bowl of FBG/FBD with the cone adapter and seal them
tightly to form an integrated hopper. Switch on the lifting handle, the hopper is
lifted; then switch on the turnover handle, the hopper turns over 180°.Unfix the skid
appliance on the chassis by foot, gyrate to the post horizontally, and fix the outlet of
the cone adapter with the inlet of the next processing equipment. Open the
butterfly valve on the cone adapter, materials flow out fluently into the next
equipment. It's in conformity with GMP requirements.

General description:
FZB Series cone mill is used in pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical

Working principle:
The material to be processed enters into the feed inlet of grinding and
granulating machine, drops into the conical sieve chamber. The rotary
knife plays a whirling action to the material, and throws the granules to
the sieve mesh surface by centrifugal force, The granulates are ground into
particles by the shearing action produced by the rotary knife and the sieve
mesh, and discharged through the sieve apertures. The size of ground
particles can be adjusted by the sieve mesh number, the gap between
rotary knife and sieve mesh, and the rotary speed.

HTD Post Bin Blender
Application:
This equipment can execute automatically raising, blending and lowering tasks.
One main machine can be configured with multi‐bins, so varietal blending can be
satisfied, consequently it is considered as the ideal blending equipment in
pharmaceutical industry. It is also widely used in chemical, foodstuff industries,
etc.
Principle:
This equipment is composed of column, frame, slewing fork mounting; drive,
brake and control systems, etc. When operating, load the bin on the blending
carriage and lock the nuts, and start the control system, the blending carriage is
automatically raised to the blending height and reliably positioned. Then the
drive system starts blending task according to the set time and rotation speed.
All the set parameters have been reached, the brake system operates
automatically to stop the blending carriage being a horizontal position and the
blending task is finished. Then, the lifting system works to lower the bin on the
ground and stops automatically on reaching that position. Finally, data of this
batch are printed. Unfasten the nuts of the bin blending fork carriage and move
out the bin to transfer it for the next process.
Features:
This equipment is successfully designed on the basis of a wide research,

no dead angle or exposed screws. Structural characteristics of this equipment
are: the bin is tilted 30° as compared with the rotation axis, the materials
perform a double movement inside the bin: a constant and intense turn over
following the frame rotation and also a relatively high tangential motion along
the bin wall to realize an optimal blending effect. PLC, also infrared safety device
and a device avoiding misoperation of butterfly valve are designed to ensure a
fully automatic control and a safe production. All processes of the materials are
finished in a same container without frequent materials transfer, charging and
shift. Consequently, powder dust or cross pollution are effectively controlled to
reduce materials losses, and on the other hand, an effective control of materials
layers is achieved. Finally, the production process has been greatly optimized.
HTD Series Post Bin Blenders comply entirely with GMP requirements for
medicine production.

Application:
This equipment is mainly used in the solid dosage production procedure for
mixing granules with powder, granules with granules and powder with

Principle:
This equipment is composed of frame, drive and control systems, and fixed
mixing bin, etc. When operating, charge the materials and lock the bin lid.
Set the mixing time and speed, start the control system to execute the
operation. On reaching the set time, the fixed bin stops being a horizontal
position and the mixing task is finished.
Features:
This equipment is successfully designed on the basis of a wide research, absorption

screws. Structural characteristics of this equipment are: the bin is tilted 30° as

Features：
This equipment is successfully designed on the basis of a
wide research, absorption and digestion of foreign
advanced models. It has a reasonable structure with
stable performances and easy operation; the whole
machine has no dead angle or protruded screws. The
washing process has been greatly optimized with user
friendly operation. QY Series Movable Washers comply
entirely with GMP requirements for medicine production.
Application：
The Movable Washer is the main containers washing equipment in
the solid dosage production procedure. One main machine can
wash various bin and container specifications and, consequently it
is considered as the ideal washing equipment in pharmaceutical
industry. It is also widely used in chemical, foodstuff industries, etc
Principle
This equipment is composed of pump station, washing and control
systems. When operating, push the used bin or container in the
washing room, take down the bin lid, then put on the lid installed
with rotating washing ball and prepare all the washing processes.
Then, set the washing procedure according to the process
requirements. On confirmation, start the washing procedure
according to the set parameters. When the washing is finished, the
machine stops automatically. Outer surfaces of the bin or container
are washed manually by the operator with a high pressure water
jet. Finally, push the washed bin or container in a drying room for
drying purpose and then store it in a clean room for next
production usage.

Principle：
QD series Automatic Washing Station consists of washing
system, pump system, air handling system, and control
system. To start to work, open the entrance door of the
washing station, push the used containers such as bins,
intermediate bulk containers into the station. When oriented,
close the entrance door, and prepare for cleaning. Assign the
working procedures (hot water, detergent, ionic water) and
parameters at cleaning time, drying time according to craft
requirements. After confirmed, switch on the whole system to
start to work according to procedures and parameters
assigned in advanced. The surfaces outside of the container
are cleaned by the nozzles proportioned on the inner walls of
the station; the surfaces inside of the container are cleaned by
the spray nozzle with telescopic appliance. After cleaned,
drying procedure works automatically Until finishing the
whole work cycle. Open the exit door of the washing station,
pull out the cleaned and dried container and shift it to the
intermediate storage for use of the next work cycle to attain a
safe production.

The CIP/ WIP system is useful for cleaning and washing
at place of Vessel, Tank, Bin, Fluid Bed Equipment, High

The Trolley mounted system have inlet connection with
pneumatic operated valve for Plain water, Hot water,
Detergent and D.M.Water and which are connected
with supply pipe in the manufacturing area and near
the machine.
Also high pressure pump is mounted and inter
connected with all above and PLC based controls
system is mounted on the trolley for automatic washing
cycle on time base.
The pump outlet is connected with spray ball of the
machine.
The automatic washing cycle data loaded in the PLC
through HMI and PLC system will wash the machine
accordingly by spray ball.
