  17. 17. How frequently are you with us? We deliver an hour of training and run 4 coaching sessions every 2 weeks. We interact with your teams over chat between our days with you, and provide 2 bonus half-day training sessions each year. How long does the programme last? Behaviour transformation takes time so our full programme lasts for one calendar year. Clients generally sign up for a 1-month pilot and then renew their contract every 3 months. What team sizes go on the programme? We put through 30-100 people per programme. Any more and we can run 2 separate streams. Any less and we’ll put you on a programme with teams from other businesses. Soft skills as a Service™ programme How much does the programme cost? Pricing depends on your team size and some other variables. Get in touch and after a quick chat we can give you a price.   18. 18. Do we get access to your frameworks? We have a number of industry-leading frameworks. We put these on your internal portal for on-demand access. We provide updates free-of-charge. Do you do online courses or e-learning? We don’t, sorry. We’re strong believers in the power of classroom training so you can interact and innovate with each other. Peer learning should account for half of what you learn. How do you track programme success? We track skills capability and programme satisfaction with a regular impact survey. We have indirect measures around staff retention, team output, capacity increases and wellbeing. Soft skills as a Service™ programme 18 Practical details Is the curriculum fixed or can we customise it? Each module builds on the last one, so large-scale customisation is difficult. That said, we have built-in mechanisms to adjust modules based on your specific needs.
