Compassionate Hands Foundation (Bàn Tay Nhân Ái Foundation) is a 501 (c) (3) charity non-profit organization founded by Venerable Thich Minh Nhut. Compassionate Hands Foundation reaches out to all the poor in crisis throughout Vietnam. Our programs give a new chance in life: the chance to have a better home, a better education, and happy, stable living conditions.

2. • Ban Tay Nhan Ai (Compassionate Hands Foundation) Foundation reaches
out to all the poor in crisis throughout Vietnam, and some Southeast Asian
Countries (Cambodia, Laos) .
• Our programs give a new chance in life: the chance to have a home, a good
education, and happy, stable living conditions.
• True to our humanitarian and non-profit spirit, BTNA commits to honoring
our benefactors’ wishes by transferring 100% of every donation to the
intended projects.
• BTNA is a California-based, non-profit, tax-exempt organization that has
provided humanitarian services in Vietnam since 2006.

8. • The main needs for most people with physical disabilities are housing and
help with daily living. Thus, many of them will find the new emphasis on
social aspects of community care particularly relevant It is the mission of
Ban Tay Nhan Ai Non- Organization to provide quality and effective
individualized services to developmentally disabled children and adults in
Vietnam. The services are primarily geared toward helping families cope
with the stress of caring for their disabled loved ones.

9. Reach Out To Students in Poverty
Ban Tay Nhan Ai Non- Profit
Organization identifies motivated
students from primary school to
university levels, who are not in a
position to continue their
education because of financial
hardships.
Ban Tay Nhan Ai provides
assistance in two forms:
● Partial assistance, which
includes one or more items such
as school fees, text books, tuition
fees, uniforms, backpacks, school
supplies and stationery items.
● Full financial support that
usually includes the above
mentioned items, plus a monthly
stipend which may range from an
equivalent of $60/ Year .

to build a bright future for the next
generations in poor countries.
10. • Compassion houses are constructed of brick and cement with cement
floors and metal roofs. For people who had been living in ‘houses’ made
from mud or weeds or scraps of wood and plastic having a house that
won’t melt under the monsoon rains or blow apart during high winds is
beyond their imaginations.
• For the first time in their lives, they are safe—safe from wind and rain,
safe from insects and snakes. For the first time in their lives they have
hope.
