Phehlane Semenya & Morgan (Pty) Ltd was formed and registered
in 2014 after having seen a need for a particular niche of construction
cost consulting, construction support services and property
development and management services. The company was
established by founding members and directors Mr. Tshepo Phehlane
and Mr. Kagiso Semenya and is a 100% black owned BBBEE level 3
company. The two directors form the core which manages the
business’s operations.
STRATEGIC HIGHLIGHTS
 Phehlane Semenya & Morgan seek to serve most role players
involved in the construction process by providing fair and impartial
services that are in line with the moral and philosophical principles of
the business.
 Phehlane Semenya & Morgan’s competitive advantages are our

on projects, our one on one approach which ensures that we are
always available to our clients. Our considered style of presenting and

Mr. Tshepo Phehlane is a registered member of the
South African Council for Quantity Surveying
Profession. He holds a B-Tech degree in Quantity
Surveying and a National Diploma in Building both
obtained from the University of Johannesburg. Mr.
Phehlane has vast experience in quantity surveying and
project management as he has worked for a quantity
surveying consultancy firm over a period of six years.
Mr. Kagiso Semenya is a registered member of the
South African Council for the Quantity Surveying
Profession and the Association of the South African
Quantity Surveyors. He holds a B-Tech degree in
Quantity Surveying obtained from the University of
Johannesburg. He is currently reading towards an
LLB from the University of South Africa. Mr. Semenya
has vast experience in quantity surveying gained
while working for quantity surveying consultancy firms
over a period of seven years.
