-… and while we don’t play among the stars, playing around Mare momentum is just as good! Right?! –

-…. Okay, it really was a long silence, but this time I added a lot to the neighborhood, it took quite some time, all the while
testing new community business models et. al…. –

- … I did not, disembodied voice in my head, my life doesn’t entirely consist of Sims, you know…. Unfortunately….-

3. -… Anyway, last time 12th Greatgranddaughter-3 aka Eliza successfully escaped the last of the C Servo Households together
with Norbert ‘ Nobby’ Bigfoot… -
‘ … and they yelled all the time and called us ‘maggots’ over and over and made us do push-ups…..’
‘Uuh… that sounds horrible… but don’t worry, we’re not the military type, we’re artists, only interested in the beauty of
things, especially grilled cheese…. Also, we’re education ministers, each one of us is, and we have a lot of fish in our
inventories….’
‘… Nobby, is there any kind of magic that can make this situation less silly?’
‘Hey, leave me out of that, I’m a magic Bigfoot without a personality, I need a personality first….’

4. -… okay, to sort the usual matters of cleaning inventories etc. out, we made another visit to the Simfuel Oilrig… and yeah, I
really tried to come up with some clever way of interior designing… annd failed miserably, so I left the rooms empty, after
spending several days in build mode…-

5. -… while Improving relations with kicky bag…-

6. -… but apparently, someone wants more… little princess…-

13. -… of course, the outing was a smashing success…-

15. -… good thing, one of the things I changed around the oilrig was placing a photo booth… oh, I’m sooo creative…-

17. -… having managed to escape the embarrassing situation, the household returns home, where Servo D-1 immediately takes
on a new hobby: insect hunting… -

-… oh, right… it’s been a while since I played the D household, but I actually gave them all the grilled cheese aspiration,
thinking that a grilled cheese painting might be worth more money or so, but alas, no luck… still, I like this picture… also
getting hungry… -

finishing her cheese painting, wrote a novel… not about grilled cheese, but close…-

like surfer dudes… finally another working combo…-

show up in hood view, if you save it, creating a giant flat hill in the sea… and stop looking so dumbfounded, I’m telling you
this because the guy who writes it down couldn’t come up with a better airplane speech bubble explanation…’

45. -… so after transferring business perks, additional skills are next, and the Servos have a little date…-

as easy… and we want the money perks for leveling a business…-
‘*Whew*… so this means, I’m not the one dragged into suffering another chapter of this insanity? Great, I can just stay at
home, not being played at all… forgotten… lonely… depressed…. Ooh… can I have an LTW change, pretty please?’
- Sorry, that ship has sailed… anyway, we reached level 10, so time to get to the next community lot…-

58. -… and this time I tested a new business type, a real estate agency… -

59. -… building it on this small dome lot this time… pretty difficult, some of the outer walls needed to bend a little to not
compromise the dome structure…-

60. -…. Also, I didn’t know how a real estate agency… or rather a real estate agency on the moon…. Looks from the outside…-

61. -… or inside…. Yeah… so, the places on the walls where the pictures hang are meant for the deeds of the respective
community lots… and again, no clue what to put into the middle of the room… but the model train set, if fully set up with
little houses et. al. felt like it would fit… some small deco file cabinets underneath and… well, it will do…-

62. -… yep, looking good… btw, according to rumors I heard, the house in the middle of this set resembles the Simpsons house
from the cartoon series… hm… not really seeing it, but oh well…-

63. -… of course, the actual office needs a computer and a phone, to buy community lots and perhaps vacation homes…-

64. -… and of course, the actual way we earn money and customer stars with this business is the snack automat… yeah, I really
wanted to actually use this business the way it should be, but then thought ‘Nah, stick with what you know’ and leveled it
this way…-

65. -… well, it gets to level 5 without problems…-

74. -… see, just look at Vonnie Witch’s poor astral kitty Mrs. Tubbypuffs, getting viciously attacked by a moon wolf…-

75. -… and then beating him to a pulp… yeah, I don’t know what hurts worse now, the physical pain or the fact that you were
beaten by someone not really being here in the physical world… -

76. -.. Okay, all shenanigans aside, lets finally – finally, do with this lot, what it was actually supposed to do… buy and sell
community businesses, like a ‘real’ real estate agency… on the moon…-
‘… huh, good thing, that we have over a million Simoleons and still a lot of fishes and paintings in the inventory, so we can
actually afford this…’

77. -… and so a few lots were purchased… for this, we return to the area with the Lots made by Jawusa… okay, all the domes
were mostly made by her, based on the domes by Zarathustra, I just took the liberty to change some more than the others…
anyway, first lot is the former Moonbase Apollo’s Apollo Clothing & Jewelry made by Jawusa, but… I changed it to become a
‘Dōjō’, a Japanese hall or space for immersive learning or meditation….-

78. -… and I have to give it to Jawusa, she did an awesome job, both designing the pagoda as well placing it inside a dome…-

79. -…. So sorry, that I had the audacity to change it inside – bad idea, I have no idea what a dojo looks inside, and that’s
probably not it… and I still just placed a clothing rack… well, perhaps in the future I can add something more dojo-ish…-

80. -… btw, I removed the only toilet on the inside, so instead I added them … here… yeah, this all sounded better in my head…-

81. -… thankfully I stopped with redoing Jawusa’s lot, only adding a carpet to the Tai Chi area…-

82. -… and the zen garden was left untouched…-

83. -… and that’s it about this lot, so lets move on to the next one… this was actually the Apollo Supermarket by Jawusa, but
since we already have two Lunar supermarket lots, I made this … a spa…-

84. -… okay, so the inside was slightly changed as well, there’s a tree on the right side, the inside toilets have been switched
around…

85. -… oh, and instead of grocery stands insides… we get massage tables…

86. -… also a whirlpool and a sauna in the back…-

87. -… a little shrine on the side…-

88. -… and a… sake bar at the side… yeah, I guess, that’s what it is…-

89. -… okay, another lot by Jawusa, the Lunar tea house…-

90. -… this lot has been left mostly untouched, housing a restaurant inside…-

91. -… and tea tables outside… it’s a teahouse after all…-

92. -… and that’s it for now with this part of the city respectively district … I’ll call it Chinatown adding some deco…-
‘… aren’t there Japanese elements involved too? Also, this is a Sims game, multinational etc., shouldn’t it be called
‘Easterntown’ or …?’
- Chinatown is a classic name, so it stays! –

93. -… okay, but we’re not done yet, because – I made another Lunar Market lot! This time… I called it Lunar market
entertainment, because… oh, see for yourself…

94. -… okay, so the design stayed the same, though I constructed another radio tower in front of this lot…-

95. -… and now to the four mini businesses present: first is a recording studio, we even have our own house label called ‘boxing
Llama records’… -
‘You can’t go any lower than that… wait, scratch that, you can, can’t you?’

96. -… anyway, in these soundproof booths, the future stars of tomorrow will work their musical magic to entertain the people
of today who’ll of course hate their music until they become famous because they are either dead or in drug therapy by
then…-

97. -… moving on: next is a gamer arcade/video game shop….-

98. -… in the front, you buy games, while in the back, you can indulge into the nostalgia of playing classical arcade machines…-

-… of course not, where I live, Arcades for younger people were never introduced and by the time I was old enough to travel
unsupervised and see one, they were already out of business mostly… it’s mostly casinos by now… -

101. -… and at the craps table, it spawns an NPC - hello NPC…!...Now, it actually took me a while to figure this thing out… what
the table does is that you can roll the dice – and then sims can bet on your dice rolling and win money, you won’t get
anything from rolling the dice, so you need to be 2 people to make any use of this…. Still, a commendable effort for this
object…-

102. -… and now, for the final touch in … entertainment…-

required) by Hunter240x, and then the Private Dancer chair (registration required) , also by Hunter240x …-

every chapter till now, admittedly… but that’s the point, what enjoyment is in it for anyone reading it…?!’
-… so many BaCC players lost their hoods due to corruption or just lost interest without making it to higher numbers….
Consider my story an attempt in endurance… anyway, next and in fact last lot for this chapter on the moon is the Lunar
Book Shop….-

109. -… and in between the real book shelves, I set up a special section for books, using the apartment life shelves that can carry
snapdragons, but apparently not small objects like these book stacks, so I needed the Apartment Life Shelving Fix from

110. -… and the actual reason for this is this mod by kestrellyn which enables you to have Sellable Novels – the first book
provided by Serva D-1, as you might recall from slide 36…-

111. -… okay, so aside from selling actual novels at this store I also finally wanted to include this – the secret bookstand door or
however it is called, which leads to…-

-… I couldn’t think of any, I just put in a computer for writing novels, but you can’t write novels on community lots and…

113. -… so let’s go back and… oh, Servo D-1 has completed his insect collection… on the moon… fascinating…-
‘… oh, for crying out loud… you’re serious? All these lots for this real estate agency took so much time, that he got a full set?

114. ‘… good thing, it made me permaplat too, so I don’t have to care anymore…’

115. -… okay, so placing and showing pics of all those lots drained most of what was left of a story out of this, but I just love doing
it… also, putting up the deeds for sales felt satisfying as well… in fact, I’m gonna add some more in the next part…-

116. -… but right now, the Mare momentum district is kinda completed … btw, I changed the layout a bit as well, placing
Zarathustra’s original moon base where the radio tower was, put the radio tower in the center, the former empty domes by
Zarathustra are now the food, water and resource reservoir for the rest, Chinatown is down there and the market in the
left… and our population has increased once more…
