385th Movement Control Team November 2013 – Present
• Responsible for 21 troops in the 385th Movement Control Team (MCT).
• Attend yearly training and planning conferences with higher echelon units.
• Responsible for both the planning and execution of troop movement and material transportation by using Operational
Orders and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Plan and execute the set up and retrograde of military holding and staging areas.
• Manage over 1500 pieces of equipment yearly (including cargo, vehicles, and personnel).
• Communicate with other units to accomplish monthly tasks, deadlines, and training.
• Provide clearance for convoys and regulation of cargo movement based on priority levels.
Mobilization in Support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Spartan Shield – Camp Arifjan, Kuwait
Executive Officer – 385th
Movement Control Team (MCT) August 2016 –July 2017
• Responsible for all planning and execution of pre-mobilization training, Fort Hood, TX
• Managed a team of 21 Soldiers who specialized in Movement Coordination for the country of Kuwait. Our unit focused in
the following areas; Customs, Seaport Operations, Air Cargo Tracking, Container Management, Convoy Escorting, Personnel
Tracking, and overall movements throughout the Middle East via Air, Ground and Sea.
• Tracked and coordinated cargo movement into Kuwait and out to other surrounding countries including Iraq and Jordan.
• Supervised Sea Port operations as vessels came into country and sent teams to conducted staging operations.
• Managed a 6 personnel Customs team who processed over 200 movement requests in order to push equipment and cargo
into Iraq.
Wurtec Manufacturing Services
Purchasing January 2015 – June 2016
• Responsible for all purchasing functions within Wurtec Manufacturing.
• Processed all sales orders and created jobs for production on the shop floor using an ERP system. On average processed
$50,000 worth of bookings per week.
• Quoted and analyzed cost savings for prototype parts working heavily with the Wurtec Engineering department.
• Continuously monitored; stocking levels, open purchase order reports, and engineering changes to parts in Epicor.
