 System software is responsible for the monitoring and control of computer
hardware.
 Operating system and device driver are the example of system software
OPERATING SYSTEM:
Manage all the working of the computer i.e, when information will save
on computer when a printer will print a paper, storage of data etc.
Operating system makes a relationship between user and computer
hardware. Microsoft window is commonly use operating system.

6. DEVICE DRIVER:
 Physically manage Hardware.
 Every device must have its individual own driver
 Communicates between system software and
hardware.

7. 2. UTILITY SOFTWARE:
 It is used to maintain computer.
 Protect the computer from unauthorized apps
links third party attacks etc.
 Examples of utility software is SanDisk, antivirus.

8. 3. APPLICATION SOFTWARE
 Those software by which a user can do his everyday work easily.
 Application software is mostly used.
 By using application software we can send letters makes memos
and CVS etc.
 Documentation. Presentation, Calculation etc can be done easily
by using application software.
 Application software includes many software and these softwares
keep updating day by day.

WORD PROCESSING:
 Means processing on Words.
 Those software which work on words or text is called word processing software.
 It’s a software by which we can type anything by the help of keyboard not only
typing we can correct mistake before printing, we can store it, retrieve it and can
make changes too again
 We can adjust the font size , spelling correction,
 News paper and magazine are also made by using this software.
 Nowadays commonly used word processing software is MICROSOFT WORD

 Those sheets by which we do calculation.

application software

 By the help of presentation software we can easily make our presentations.
