SCL-MORTAR dry mortar is a mixture of cement, clean sand and additives. Dry mortar used for build
autoclaved aerated concrete block (AAC)

- Largest particle size: ≤ 1,25 mm
- Bond strength (N/mm2): ≥ 0,4

- Initial setting time: ≥ 180 minutes
- Consistence of fresh mortar: 190 mm

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

INTRODUCTION
SCL - EkoTex the glue advanced features suitable for harsh environments such as permeability,
moisture. Products used paving bricks, stones, indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
INGREDIENTS
Cement, clean sand, additives
SPECIFICATIONS
- Existence form: gray powder dry
- Density: 1400 ÷ 1600 kg/ m3
- Time manipulation construction: 20 ÷ 30 minutes
- Standby time chit circuit and use: 24 hours
- Bond strength (N/mm2):
+ When the pull: ≥ 0.5
+ In the humid environment and water: ≥ 0.5
+ After a period of 28 days: ≥ 0.5
+ In the frozen environment: ≥ 0.5
- Slip: ≤ 0.5 mm
STORAGE
- 12 months in packaging intact from the date of manufacture, storage in dry, cool
- After opening the bag, glue must be used up within 24 hours.
HOW TO USE:
- Mix about 5.0 liters of water to 25kg SCL - EkoTex in the bucket, stir the use of specialized equipment
at a slow speed (500 rpm/ min), wait 5 minutes, then stir again. Mixing time to 3 minutes more.
- Tools used for paving stones is the kind of dedicated serrated.
+ Wall cladding 5-7 mm serrated trowel.
+ Paving 7-10 mm serrated trowel.
- Consumption: 3.5 ÷ 6 kg / m2
