Real-time stock management
Merchants can create the customer invoice on the POS by
scanning the product barcode. Upon payment confirmation, the
stock levels are updated automatically to ensure an accurate stock
count is maintained.
Automated stock re-ordering
Merchant suppliers can be linked to the platform which will allow
new stocks to be ordered when re-order levels are reached
directly using the POS device.

Hiring of competent staff members to handle customer
care, vendor and merchant onboarding, operations and
on-ground technical support and maintenance
Ensure all regulatory and legal clearances are secured
and any localisations that are required are clearly
communicated to the MegaPay team
Identify and enter into an agreement with a local banking
partner to provide POS and payment gateway clearance
services
Find and onboard payment aggregators or service
provider and facilitate the integration between the parties
to ensure seamless operations
Carry out on-ground marketing and awareness building
activities to support the wide-spread adoption of the
platform in collaboration with the platform developers

Pay&Go Inventory Management System Our POS device comes with a in-built home-grown inventory management system to serve the needs of the small/mid-sized retail merchant Stock is received from vendors to the merchant store Payment is processed using POS device (cash or card) Inventory levels are updated with outgoing stock figures Stock is re-ordered when SKU re-order level is reached Each SKU is barcoded and captured into the system Items are scanned on purchase and the invoice is prepared
  • 18. Pay&Go Inventory Management System Real-time stock management Merchants can create the customer invoice on the POS by scanning the product barcode. Upon payment confirmation, the stock levels are updated automatically to ensure an accurate stock count is maintained. Automated stock re-ordering Merchant suppliers can be linked to the platform which will allow new stocks to be ordered when re-order levels are reached directly using the POS device. Insights and reports Merchants can gain insights on stock movements and popular products in order to optimize their reorders.
