  4. 4. 1. WAKE UP EARLY & MAKE YOUR BED Waking up preferably in 5am will improve every aspect of your life and boost your productivity by at least 300%! and if you make your bed every morning it will encourage you to do another task and another and another.
  5. 5. 2. EXERCISE DAILY Morning exercise helps your body burn calories faster and more efficiently throughout the day and it also promotes better quality sleep.
  6. 6. 3.START YOUR DAY WITH A RICH BREAKFAST Rich and healthy breakfast will give you the right energy and improve your concentration.
  7. 7. 4. DRESS SMART TO LOOK GOOD Research shows that when workers wear nicer clothes, they achieve more. It will make you more confident and more comfortable.
