• VAVE Solutions has a phased contract with SGPL to provide jobwork based solutions to enhance their
SAP footprint.
• This includes a support contract with 90% offshore model
Our Client:
• Established in the year 2005, Sterling Generators Pvt. Ltd. is a sister concern of Sterling and Wilson Ltd. It
is also an integral part of the ShapoorjiPallonji Group of companies.
Our Solution:
• We performed a ‘zero cost’ due-diligence at their Silvassa plant and identified the key problem areas that
were affecting the productivity of their current SAP system.
• Using a phased approach, we fixed their core problem areas in Phase 1 and are moving towards
optimization of their business processes and building their MIS in Phase 2.
• Additionally, we are working on implementing SAP Lumira – a visualization tool for their higher
management to help make strategic decisions based on real-time data from the plant.
