representative PMC and design services. Reporting to a project manager my duties were documentation review, QA/QC management
and progress tracking on a major staff accommodation project in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. Achievements include successful
completion of the project according to client’s instructions and a detailed list of snags to be rectified by the contractor.
Project Manager at OP3 Global (Dubai; United Arab Emirates)

Multidisciplinary project management company with offices in Dubai and Singapore focused on event management and interior
design. Reporting to the head of the company’s EXPO division, my duty was management of self-build pavilion projects at Dubai
EXPO 2020, which included liaising with clients, EXPO organizers, and contractors as well as document control, bidding and value
engineering. Achievements include successful submission of a concept design project package, evaluation of company’s existing
bids, winning financial claims and completion of new bids at short notice.

the project manager when required. Achievements included resolving design issues which were stalling the start of the works on one
of the projects, averting several serious mistakes by the contractors, and seeing the other project to successful completion.
Senior Architect / Site Manager at Kenz International Infrastructure Services LLC (Muscat, Sohar and Saiq; Oman)

Contracting company based in Muscat, Oman with a portfolio of residential, mixed use, oil and gas and earthwork projects across
the country. Initially, as a senior architect I was reporting to a project manager and my duties were preparing shop drawings and
quantity surveying. Later, upon promotion to project manager I was reporting directly to the CEO and my duties expanded to include
project management and construction site supervision. Achievements during my successful work on 6 projects included compiling a
bill of quantities for a winning half a million $ tender bid, improving the consultant’s design several times, preventing a potentially
disastrous mistake by a subcontractor and, in case of one project, averting my company’s termination, managing it to successful
completion and winning several variation claims.

Junior Architect Team Leader for The Associated Engineering Partnership (Belgrade; Serbia)

I was a member of a group of structural engineers and architects based in Belgrade, Serbia, hired to perform structural analysis and
develop the structural design for a sports complex in Kuwait by the project’s Kuwaiti-based main design consultant. Reporting to the
head of the group I assembled and led a team of junior architect drafters and served as a translator in correspondence with the client.
Achievements included devising the method for drafting and producing the bill of quantities used by the team, pointing out a serious
oversight in the design which was timely corrected and carrying out the assigned work to successful completion.
