SPUSSIST -Cutting Tools is a Customised application
developed specifically for the cutting tool industry to help
generate quotations and drawings immediately.
This is done by integrating the filed application with our drawing
automation technology that generates drawings automatically.
Since this is already fine-tuned for Cutting tools , users can choose
the type of tools they want for quick deployment
Deployment : It generally takes anywhere between 2-12 weeks for
deployment of this solution based on customer requirement (Number
of tools and complexity)
This solution is deployed on the clients server and the process is
carried out in the server.

Divided into two functional modules
•Customer Drawing and quotation
automation module where it will take LESS
THAN 5 MINUTES for you to send a
DRAWING AND QUOTATION
•Manufacturing drawing automation
module (with stage drawing). Makes sure
the Output is in line with your
machining capabilities. And creates dwg
drawings automatically.

Drawing & Quotation
module• This is a front end system that helps application and sales
engineers generate quotations and customer drawings
immediately.
• This module will help sales engineers submit a drawing and
quotation within minutes of receiving an enquiry.
• User can select standard or special tools for his selection.
• Can add multiple designs to one quotation.
• Costing logic and formulas completely defined by the
Admin user

Input
First the user selects the type
of tool he wants to design
Based on the selection the
input is given for design.
He can select standard tools or
generate a special tool design.
The system also has error
messages displayed to avoid
input errors.

Output
Once the base selection is
made the user also has
options of adding steps for
multi cut.
Once this is done the system
automatically generates an
CAD drawing (1:1), converts it
into PDF and emails it back to
the user
The User system NEED NOT
HAVE ANY CAD software
INSTALLED.

Costing
For costing the engineer can
select the design he wants to
have a quotation sent and the
system calculates the costing
based on the logic provided
and sends the quotation
immediately.
The costing calculation is
purely based on user logic
(can be edited & altered by
ADMIN user)

Manufacturing Drawing
ModulePost order receipt the requirement is to create a detailed stage
drawing for manufacturing.
Here the information from the sales quotation is passed on to
the designer.
This will help the designer fine tune the output.
Once all the inputs have been provided the application generates
the required drawings automatically.
