What does GPS mean?
Global Positioning System (GPS)
GPS is the acronym for Global Positioning System.
The GPS is a satellite navigation system from a
mobile device, which sends information about the
position of something at any time and in any
weather condition.

What is the GPS ?
The GPS is a satellite navigation system that provides a
mobile receiving device with its position, as well as the
time, under any weather conditions, at any time and
anywhere on Earth; as long as the receiver is in the field
of view of three GPS satellites (four or more for greater
accuracy).

Is GPS important?
GPS identifies the location of a device called a
receiver. This device sends a signal to the
satellite that provides information through the
representation of a map, indicating which
paths the driver can take to reach the desired
location.

The GPS contribute to the reduction of
pollution?
The use of GPS contributes decisively to the reduction of CO2 emission
because when you want to go to a certain location you can go there in less
using GPS.
