I started my carrier as a telemarketer in 2006. Being new in IT sphere I had to investigate a lot to understand how it all works. I studied tons of materials, books, articles, browsed Internet, communicated with IT specialists to gain enough knowledge before I made my first call. I contacted the US and European prospective customers by mail and phone on daily basis. I made many cold calls before I learned how to sell to top level executives.
