Program
Usually, on the second day of employment, Paula Brown meets with the
new hires. A copy of the Chicago Office Records Management Handbook
and Paula’s business card is provided. Paula explains that most of these
areas will be handled by their secretaries and paralegals, however it is helpful
to understand how to interact with the file room. During the next 10-15
