 Managing end to end recruitment cycle which includes sourcing and screening, maintaining the
database of resumes and conducting interviews.
 Salary fitment, offer negotiation and pre-joining formalities.
 Manpower Assessment & Planning.
 My own achievement: Introduced job portal site for mass recruitment which helped company to reduce cost
by 7%
 LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:
 Identifying training needs.
 Preparation of annual training calendar based on training needs.
 Analysing effectiveness of training.
 Administrating compliance to ISO audit.
 Internally conducted training on Bridge workshop (In house HR program), MS Excel & presentation skills

 Providing data to participate in market survey salary (Mercer)

reference salary. Restructuring of salary components as per income tax provisions during increment process.
