- When we travel, we carry it with us as a MUST to stay connected. Not only does our work follow us wherever we are, so do our habits of checking the news, browsing videos and, yes sharing selfies too.
- In fact, more than 20 percent of travelers today check their smartphones once per hour, and about 14 percent “myself included” check it at least twice per hour. Our smartphones have become the center of our modern day travel experience.
- Only 16 years ago we have started installing hotels with the first networks to allow guests to access the internet.
- WiFI used to be a luxury for guests. Later, it became an added service for a fee. Today, we all expect fast and secure WiFi - for free. Hi my name is Jonathan Casif and I am Viggo’s general manager.
