Eleven (11) mainline block valve stations
Fourteen (14) Access Roads for eleven (11) Mainline Block Valves and two (2) future

Dia. x 165 Km approx...). Worked with Skid Mounted Equipment, Custody Transfer
Metering Units (08), Launcher/Receivers (09), Vessels (03), Pump Skids – (05), Surge
Relief Valve Skids – (03), Pig Traps. Other Equipment & Systems comprise Skin Effect
Heat Tracing, Leak Detection System, Intrusion Detection System, Loading Arms - 09
(FIM), Vapour Recovery Unit (FIM), Storage Tank and Floating Oil Skimmer.
Project: Dahej Petrochemical Complex, Gujarat
Client: OPaL(ONGC PETRO ADDITION LIMITED); Approximately USD 450 Million

Description: Project comprised PC pipe racks and sleepers (around 5.5 km), RAW water and fire water
reservoirs(300.000 cum. capacity) and 12 plant buildings and non-plant buildings and sleepers
total concrete amount is around 500.000 m3, infrastructure, asphalt and concrete roads ( 49.2
km asphalt, 6.5 km concrete) and landscaping; over 18.000 nos. bored pile driving, 1 No. Flare
(120m height). Project included 900.000 ID UG-AG piping and electrical and instrumentation
works and tank farms (24 sphere tanks, 28 storage tanks, 3 bullet tanks and vessels total
weight is around 20.000 Tons).
Project: Bakhrabat-Sidhirganj Gas Transmission Pipeline Project, Dhaka; Worth approx. USD 65 Million

Description: Project comprised gas transmission pipeline (30’’ x 60km) from Bakhrabad Gas Field to
Siddhirganj Power Station with associated above ground and underground installations. Total 15
km. concrete coating and 10 km saddle weight installation. Six (6) river crossing by HDD
method (gomothi river 2000m., meghna river 1650m. Kajla 850m., Asariar 750m.,
Bharamaputra 550m., Sitalayka 550m. Total 6350m HDD crossing). One (1) metering station,
two regulating & metering station (RMS) and cathodic protection system of pipeline & facilities.
Project: Dahej-Vijaipur Pipeline Upgradation Project (DVPL-II), SPREAD–3, 4 & 5, Madhya Pradesh and
Gujarat, India; worth approximately USD 91.8 Million

Description: 48” x 610 km high pressure gas pipeline project. Pipeline was laid from Dahej (Gujarat) to
Vijaipur (Madhya Pradesh) to upgrade gas transport capacity of existing 42” DVPL I Pipeline
between Dahej and Vijaipur. Project scope comprised laying of 48” x 341.8 Km including 11
Nos. SV Stations, 3 Nos. intermediate pigging stations and a receiving station.
Project: Bina–Kota Pipeline Project, Madhya Pradesh; approximately USD 30 Million
Client: Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd., Bina, MP, India

Description: Project comprised18 x 257 Km oil pipeline from Bina (Madhya Pradesh) to Kota (Rajasthan) for
