Sr. Process Analyst (Warranty Reconciliation) team (2013 Mar –May 2014)
CORE OBJECTIVES: SAFARI (SAP Financial Accounting and Reporting Integration) a Business
Accounting team which audit and monitor various SAP jobs and takes care of proper reconciliation
of warranty of a HP product or service sold. Any issue with the warranty flow, we act as first level IT
to fix the logic. Also we do the first level audit of all the issues & fix and then we route the in-depth
and core issues to Global SAP IT.

DIFFERENCES I MADE: I made up the analytical & Reconciliation skill to relate different processes,
tackle technical knowledge and Out of Box thinking to ascertain the different levels of issues. I
helped the team with a new tool which helps in updating monthly job updates and other track all
other issues. Also introduced a cross training between process which resulted in high productivity
and headcount reduction.
Post - Audit Analyst: (Refund Reconciliation) ( 2010 to 2013 Jan)
CORE OBJECTIVES: Finding and reconciling duplicate payments and route cause analysis and fixing
the Gap. Also invest Process Improvement and Automation ideas stabilizing the standard of work.
DIFFERENCES I MADE: Process started with high volume and Dollar impact (both 100k plus) and 5
headcount activities. I had Initiated and led an Automation Project by preparing a Sample macro
saving 240 man hours Reconciliation on a month and one headcount saving. Millions plus Dollars
recovered in starting year resulting Global FCM manager appreciation. I was also accountable for
initiating the first long Term project in FCM- SRWOOT. I was chosen for this project and was
reporting directly to Global FCM head for HP.
BPA/Production lead (Transition – FCM Team) (2008-2010)
CORE OBJECTIVES: Handle the smooth Transition of FCM process, take the training and train the
team, handling short term Projects as a BPA & Planning the Team activities (Production Lead). I was
also an Escalation Manager and Issue Tracking Manager – managing all escalation and issues within
the department. Plan and Forecast the production of team on daily and weekly basis
DIFFERENCES I MADE: I had gathered knowledge from all the teams in operational and analytical
level, which helped the team to improve the standard of work and reduced human efforts. I Lead a
Backlog Clearing Project along with the team, which resulted in Global appreciations and also
attained a certificate from the Global Logistics Manager. With mentoring and conflict management
skills, I reduced Staff attrition. Proactively completed lots of process improvement ideas,
coordinating with cross functional teams. I was chosen as the best SME and was put across to report
directly to the US client. The same person appreciated my knowledge and effort to train the entire
dept. and gave a good feedback to Global FCM Head.
FORECASTING Analyst: (PL Reconciliation and Siebel Reporting) (2008)
CORE OBJECTIVES: Attend On-site Transition training from CANADA for Seibel reporting and clear
back log. Main objective was to reconcile the previous PL trend and forecast the sales of HP
products (PL) in Canada region. Using BOSS Objective Tool, I collated data on previous cycle (weekly,
bi-weekly and monthly basis) and predicted/forecasted the sales for next cycle which i had presented
to the global heads.
DIFFERENCES I MADE: The training program was for 7 days, but I was able to grab the process in 3
days and resulting in assignment of one new project (POST MORTEM ANALYSIS) and training
program extended for 2 weeks. This project was to analyze the reason of low sales of HP products or
service on the last cycle and to provide boosting & re-engineering the process on business planning.
AR Returns Reconciliation Analyst (SCM Team) (2006 – 2008)
CORE OBJECTIVES: To deal with reconciliation of goods returned, due to any error and finding the
route cause for unmatched ones and fix them.

DIFFERENCES I MADE: Cleared big Backlogs within proposed TAT, handling major SCACs alone. With
deep knowledge I could leverage Kaizen Ideas and lots of process. High level appreciation and 30
value cards received for my effort to cut down the back logs. I was working for 16 hours daily for 30
days (inclusive of weekends) and finished all back log which team had for 2 years. Based on this, I
was chosen for a new onsite project in Canada.
