  3. 3. 1. Take up a small task you think you cannot do Talk to a stranger, do 50 push-ups, or write a poem. Do something you thought you couldn’t do, and pay attention to the feeling you get after doing it.
  4. 4. 2. Stay away from the wrong people Move away from bullies, jealous leg- pullers, and those who treat you like a fool. Don’t bear any pain or hurt you don’t deserve.
  5. 5. 3. Choose to learn better stuff It’s probably the smallest yet meaningful act which can favor your growth. Learn computer shortcuts, or psychology, or singing, or anything that contributes to your betterment.
