Today’s Message
JUDGE NOT!
“Judge not, that you be not judged.’’ (Matthew 7:1)
hen Jesus commanded, ―Judge not,‖ He was not implying that we should be
naïve or imprudent. Of course we need to think critically and analytically in this
world where we are often confronted with error and wrongdoing. Instead, He meant that
we should not be condemning or accusing, a point Paul made eloquently: ―Judge nothing
before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of
darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts‖ (1 Cor. 4:5).
Poet Robert Burns made a similar point, writing of those whose actions are in doubt:
―One point must still be greatly dark—the [motive]. Why they do it.‖ No one knows
another’s motives.
God alone can bring to light what is hidden in darkness; He alone can expose the
intentions of the heart.
Jesus knows the latent forces that motivate others: the cruel beginnings, the fear, the
disappointment, the broken heart, the sin that is resisted. Moreover, He is working in every

submissive heart to bring it to maturity. Thus in the end—quite often contrary to our
expectations—He will bring praise to those He has brought to completion.
“Condemn not, judge not”—not to man

Be slow to judge others, but quick to
judge yourself.
To begin our prayer time together, we ask you to repeat this prayer with us each day...
“O gracious and heavenly Father, in name of Jesus Christ I pray for Pastor Avinash
and Rajiv and every member of their families and the entire staff of Well Fortified
Intercessors Army and Living God Group and their families. Lord keeps them safe
from all the evil powers and no harm should come to them and every one who are
working in the ministry. Lord Jesus guides each step and shows the right path on
which they will take. Dear Father God you have called them to do your will. Protect
them and guide them in whatever they do. I pray shower your blessings on them so
that they will be able to fulfill the work of our Lord Jesus Christ. Father God give
them strength and power and health. My heavenly Father keeps them away from all
kinds of dangers and gives them shelter under your wings. In the name of the Lord
Jesus Christ, I command a hedge of protection to be around their home and property
today and I ask that warrior angels sent by the you true Father God would be placed
to stand guard at any holes that might be in that hedge. I place the full armors of God
on them, and I ask that the light of the Lord Jesus shine through them this day. In
the name of Jesus I ask-Amen”
Pray specifically today for people you know who need to know the saving and
healing power of Jesus Christ in their lives. Many people are suffering – spiritually,
emotionally, and physically – let us stand before our Mighty God today on their
behalf!

―Heavenly Father I pray the blood of Jesus over all the partners and supporters of
Living God Group and Well Fortified Intercessors Army as a covering and hedge
of protection against the wiles of the enemy and I pray for your blessing and favor to
be upon them. I ask in Jesus name that you Father God would supply streams of
resources so that Pastor Avinash and Rajiv will be able to accomplish all that you
have called them to do.‖

Build Muscles
Simple Tips to Build Muscles
Building muscles is not an easy task. It needs a lot of care and planning. The average
person needs a different approach to build muscles. Here are some simple tips for how to
builds muscles in a simple way:
1. The first requirement to build muscles is that you should be strong enough, for that
you can try weight lifting for that or body weight exercises also works for that.
2. Start with an empty bar; learn proper technique of building muscle.
3. More weight is more stress, thus more muscle. You can lift the heaviest weights
using barbells.
4. Don’t forget to take rest because muscles grow when you rest, not when you
workout.
5. Take proper sleep because growth hormone releases when you
sleep, building muscle. Take at least 8 hour sleep for good
health.
6. Drink water in good quantity water avoids dehydration and helps
muscle recovery. Drink 2 cups water with each meal, and sip
water during your workout.
7. Take complete diet you’ll achieve a lower body fat, so the muscles you’ve built
show better. And the vitamin & mineral content helps recovery.
8. During your workout you need food for energy and for muscle
growth & recovery. More frequent meals also boost your
metabolism, helping fat loss so eat more.
