PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Professional Engineer Experience:
To build new 400 bed education hospital in Karbala
with three buildings with 10 heavy and low current
systems.
Two new civil defense and extinguisher plants for low
and heavy (power) current systems.
Three field projects to supervision on transmission
lines and service transformers in three new towns.
As the Senior Electrical Engineer at the KBR project,
responsible for rebuilding all items for H.V, M.V. and
L.V. systems in Degassing and Compression stations.
Designed and checked all electrical items for quality
control.
At the Bechtel Hartha water treatment plan project,
supervised the setup and maintenance for starter
panels, circuit breakers, switchgear and cables.
Maintained and refurbished several types of motors
(15-355), 2MVA transformers and several types of
starters; and installed all bulks for the site.
During the installation of Schneider MCCs, I monitored
and maintained junction boxes, cable insulation, laying
cable, installation of change-over panels, level
controllers for level sensors, setting of equipment for
change-over, motor circuit breakers, thermal relay
(overload), Timer and Earth leakage (Merlin Gerin,
Telemechanique), and the insulation testing and
installation of submersible pumps.
At the KBR South Camp in Basrah International Airport,
I installed switch gear panels, junction boxes, cables,
glands and termination cables.
Conducted several project studies and prepared
project proposals for the government of Basrah.
Worked with several Cargo and Oil Marine and
Shipping companies to maintain and upgrade power
systems and communication systems. This included
A.C. generators, D.C. generators, and A.C.-D.C.
generators.
Leadership &Administration:
Extensive supervisory experience, leading several
teams of engineers at the KBR, Bechtel, and Al-
