6. Arctic Star will acquire 100% of 243 hectares around the 2 diamondiferous Black Wolf
and White Wolf kimberlites in northeastern Finland. The Wolf kimberlites occur near
the world class Lomonosov and Grib diamond mines, in nearby Russia.

The report confirms the diamond-bearing nature of the Wolf
kimberlites by submitted samples collected during a due
