Rapid ILL is a new enhancement that provides journal article requests within 48 hours by sending them directly to your email inbox, assuming they can be obtained from participating Rapid ILL libraries. If you do not receive the article after 2 business days, contact Fran Decker at 610.341.1592 or fdecker@eastern.edu and she will track your request.
